Caherbanlife.com offers standard flat rate shipping of $4.95 for orders under $10, and $8.95 for orders $10-$39.99, and FREE shipping for orders $40+ in the continental US. Minor Outlying US territories are charged an additional fee for shipping. We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS priority Flatrate when available. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days and if available from our warehouses USPS Priority Flatrate is 2-3 business days.
Types of Claims
• Shortage - Claims for products billed but not received are subject to review and verification by Caherbanlife.com Inventory Control department.
• Mis-Picks - Claims for wrong product shipped are to subject to review by Caherbanlife.com Inventory Control department. The UPC number from the item received is required. Caherbanlife.com will notify Customer if a UPS call tag will be issued for the wrong item(s) received for return shipment at Caherbanlife.com expense.
• Undelivered Packages – Caherbanlife.com will issue a refund for lost in transit shipments that are not delivered to the final destination. Caherbanlife.com will not issue a refund for packages where a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier. Caherbanlife.com does not utilize Signature Delivery service option. A package may be declared lost in transit if tracking shows no movement after 5 business days.
• Expired Inventory – All claims for expired inventory must be accompanied with the Expiration Date. Caherbanlife.com will not issue a refund for expired merchandise if the order was shipped within 30 or more days from the “best by” date.
• Damaged Claims – All damage claims must be accompanied by digital photograph and details describing the damage.
• Manufacturer Defects – Caherbanlife.com will issue a refund for a defect claim such as a missing safety seal or no label. Quality complaints due to taste, touch or smell should be reported to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
• Product Image Not Matching Product - Caherbanlife.com is not responsible for new product labeling where the image in the product feed or ordering portal is not the exact version the consumer receives. If the UPC number is kept the same then no significant changes to the product have been made and no claim will be honored.
• Shipping Fees - we do not offer return of shipping costs unless an order is explicity never received and verification of such incident is provided by the customer who made the order.
