uBu’s Hiker’s Hummus is made in small batches from great ingredients then freeze-dried. Just add water, mix, and enjoy. It can be reconstituted right in the pouch with cold water. They roast jalapeños and mix it into hummus, then hand-stir in diced jalapeños and roasted corn, a veritable celebration of New World flavors.
