This Bamboo Stir Fry Spatula is stronger than wood and will not swell, split or absorb moisture. Safe for use on non-stick surfaces or in high-heat. The bamboo is treated through a special oven-roasting process which caramelizes the sugar in the bamboo, resulting in its beautiful honey color.
