Korintje, or Indonesian cassia, is the most commonly found cinnamon in American kitchens. Frontier® Organic Korintje Cinnamon Granules work especially well added to a tea bag or strainer for quick hot beverage infusions, for flavoring coffee and in mulling spice blends.
