Frontier Co-op Guardian Spirit is a powdered herbal tea with an earthy aroma and a bitter-earthy, nutty flavor. It is a caramel-beige brown powder with cream-colored bits.

To prepare as a tea, pour 6 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
