Our Ceylon cinnamon is Fair Trade Certified and organic. It’s grown by farmers who receive fair rates for their produce, and every step of the growing process is sustainable and natural.

Our organic Ceylon cinnamon is also keto-friendly. Unlike cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon, which is also known as “true cinnamon” has a much milder, sweet flavor. The “verum” in Ceylon cinnamon’s botanical name is Latin for “true.”

Best uses: Ideal for adding pungent sweetness to your favorite baked goodies. Also a nice complement to vegetable dishes and sauces.
