Aura Cacia Kids Bedtime is a peaceful pure essential oil blend that is safely formulated for use with kids ages 4-11. Bedtime blend features soothing lavenders, renewing citrus, restoring frankincense and calming blue tansy essential oils. Usage Tip: With children, diffusion is recommended for a maximum of 30-60 minutes at a time. Diffusion is not recommended for babies under the age of 6 months.

Use: Place 2 drops on a favorite stuffed animal. Snuggle and breathe deeply. Place a few drops on a cotton ball to have a pacifying aroma on long rides in the car. Add 1-2 drops to a cotton ball and place under pillow at bedtime.
