Ingredients:

sea salt*, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) oil, Maranta arundinacea (arrowroot) powdermon cablin (patchouli) oil, maranta arundinacea (arrowroot) powder * 100% natural mineral baths from the Dead Sea, consisting of sodium chloride (NaCl), potassium chloride (KCI), magnesium chloride (MgCl2), Calcium chloride (CaCl2), Iron (Fe) and trace minerals.

Instructions:

For Relaxation and General Use: Dissolve up to 2 cups of bath salts in warm bath water. Allow salts to dissolve for 2-3 minutes. Soak for 20 minutes. Soak for 20 minutes or longer. Rinse off bath salts with warm, fresh water.

For specialized, localized applications (feet, hands, elbows, knees, etc.): Place 1 cup of bath salt and warm water into a non-metal container or soak tub. Allow salt to dissolve for 2-3 minutes. Soak the affected part for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off with warm, fresh water.
