Ingredients:

Maris Sal (Dead Sea Salt – Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride (CaCl2), Iron (Fe), and trace minerals) *, Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaf/Twig Oil, Maranta arundinacea (arrowroot) powder. *Mineral salts from the Dead Sea. *100% natural mineral baths from the Dead Sea*. The Dead Sea salts are imported from Israel and are blended and packaged in the USA.

Instructions:

For relaxation and general use: non-foaming. Can be used in whirlpool, hot tub, or sitz bath preparations. Add the amount desired to warm bath water. Allow salts to dissolve for 2-3 minutes.

For specialized, localized applications (feet, hands, elbows, knees, etc.): Add the amount desired to warm water in a non-metal container or soak in the tub the affected part for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off with warm, fresh water.
