More than 85 years ago, twin brothers and pharmacists Jean and Henri Boiron set out to develop a way to prepare reliable homeopathic medicines for their patients. Today, as world leader in homeopathic medicines, Boiron continues as an independent pharmaceutical laboratory

The system of plant and flower-based remedies was developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who was convinced that emotional wellbeing was key to overall health. Dr. Bach spent his life exploring the use of flowers and plants to bring a simple, natural and gentler approach to emotional balance. He eventually went on to create The Bach Centre in Oxfordshire, England, where he developed the remedies as we know them today.
As demand for the remedies grew, The Bach Centre partnered with Nelsons pharmacy to help formulate and bottle the remedies, and Nelsons has been responsible for the signature brand remedies ever since.
